Rental Agreement
This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Miami Vibe Events (“Company,” “We,” “Us”) and the client identified in the quote, invoice, or booking confirmation (“Client,” “You”) for the rental of event equipment and related services.
By placing an order, approving a quote, making a payment, or accepting delivery of rental items, Client agrees to all terms and conditions outlined below.
Rental Items & Services
Miami Vibe Events agrees to rent to Client the equipment listed in the approved quote or invoice, which may include but is not limited to tents, tables, chairs, linens, dance floors, lighting, audio/visual equipment, inflatables, and related accessories (“Rental Items”).
Rental Items remain the sole property of Miami Vibe Events at all times.
Rental Period
The rental period begins upon delivery and/or installation and ends upon scheduled pickup. Client shall not use the Rental Items outside the agreed rental period without prior written approval.
Late returns may result in additional charges.
Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the reservation.
- Full payment must be received prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Prices do not include taxes, delivery, setup, breakdown, permits, or venue fees unless explicitly stated.
Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of the order.
Delivery, Setup & Pickup
Client agrees to:
- Provide clear, safe, and accessible access for delivery and pickup.
- Ensure the setup area is level, free of obstacles, and ready at the scheduled time.
- Be responsible for any additional fees caused by delays, inaccessible locations, stairs, sand, or unsafe conditions.
Miami Vibe Events is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Client Responsibility & Care of Equipment
Client assumes full responsibility for the Rental Items from delivery until pickup.
Client agrees to:
- Use all equipment properly and for its intended purpose.
- Not move, alter, or dismantle any equipment without authorization.
- Protect equipment from theft, vandalism, misuse, fire, water damage, and severe weather.
Client shall be responsible for repair or replacement costs for any lost, stolen, or damaged items (normal wear and tear excepted).
Weather & Outdoor Events
Client acknowledges that outdoor events involve inherent risks.
- Tents must not be used during extreme weather, including high winds or severe storms.
- Client agrees to follow all safety instructions provided by Miami Vibe Events.
- No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.
Weather-related cancellations must follow the cancellation policy below.
